WE DO NOT RENT OR SELL STUDENT INFORMATION EVER. We do not share information, except to the student or their licensed doctor, therapist or dietician, without prior written consent.

When you register for a course, purchase a program phase, or fill out a form, we may collect:

• Identity Data: First name, last name, email address, age range , and relationship status.

• Financial Data: Payment card last 4 digits (processed securely by third-party payment processors; we do not store credit card numbers).

• Legal Obligations: If your coach has reasonable cause to believe there is a threat of serious physical harm to yourself, a minor child or an elderly adult, we may disclose information as required by Utah law.

B. Sensitive & Wellness Data

To provide our core services—specifically the Holistic Wellness Guidebuilder, Living Wellness Planbuilder, and Integration Application (Google Forms)—we collect voluntary information regarding:

• Life History: Details about childhood environments and experiences , parenting styles experienced, and family history.

• Health Habits: Sleep patterns, nutrition, and exercise routines , and stress levels.

• Emotional State: Feelings of security, love, and approval , derived from our assessments.

Device Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system when you visit our site to help with spam detection and security.

• To Generate Personalized Insights: We process your answers from the Holistic Wellness Check-In to create your custom "Holistic Wellness Guide" and "Living Wellness Plan".  

• To Provide Services: To deliver course materials, manage your enrollment in the Catalyst, Groundwork, or Integration programs , and facilitate coaching sessions via trusted third parties necessary to operate our business:

  • Service Providers: We use third-party services like Stripe and Google for data collection and processors for payments.

  • Analytics: We use tools like Google Analytics to understand website traffic.

  • We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data:

    • Stripe / Affirm / Afterpay / Klarna — payment processing and financing options

    • Google (Forms, Classroom, Meet, Chat, Docs, Calendar, Gmail) — course delivery, community, scheduling, planning, and email communication

• To Improve Our Tools: We analyze anonymized data to improve the accuracy of our assessments and course content.

• Communication and Marketing (with consent): We use your email address to deliver your Holistic Wellness Guide and, if you explicitly opt-in, to send you ongoing wellness tips, resources, and information about our paid coaching program. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

VI. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to analyze your assessment responses and generate personalized reports (such as your PDF Guide and Living Wellness Plan). 

• How it works: Data you input into our assessments may be processed by AI models to identify patterns and suggest relevant wellness skills.

• Privacy: We prioritize using Google as our AI partner because they adhere to strict data privacy standards. We do not use your personal identifiable data to train public AI models in a way that would expose your identity.

VII. Medical Disclaimer & Confidentiality

• Not Medical Advice: While we include Functional Medicine Certified Health Coaches (FMCHC) , we are not physicians or licensed therapists. The information you provide is used for educational and coaching purposes only, not for medical diagnosis or treatment.

• Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding what you share in coaching sessions and assessments, except where required by law.

• We implement reasonable security measures (including SSL encryption) to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you leave comments in our group chat or participate in our classroom forums:

• Public Visibility: Please be aware that information you post in public forums or group chats may be visible to other members.

• Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
