We do not share information, except to the student or their licensed doctor, therapist or dietician, and not without a prior written request from the student.

Financial Data: Payment card last 4 digits (processed securely by third-party payment processors; we do not store credit card numbers).
Legal Obligations: If your coach has reasonable cause to believe there is a threat of serious physical harm to yourself, a minor child or an elderly adult, we may disclose information as required by Utah law.

To provide our core services—specifically through your application, registration assessments, and coaching—we collect voluntary information regarding:
Health Habits: Sleep patterns, nutrition, protein tracking, GLP-1 medication status, exercise routines, and stress levels.
Life History & Emotional State: Details about your environments, experiences, and automatic stress responses to customize your behavioral design protocols.
Coaching: Data, voice notes, and text messages shared via Google Chat/Meet during live 1:1 sessions, group masterclasses, or asynchronous spot coaching.

Device Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system when you visit our site to help with spam detection and security.

Stripe maintains relationships with other third-party services (e.g., Affirm) to offer financing options. Google (Forms, Classroom, Meet, Chat, Docs, Calendar, Gmail, etc.) manages course delivery, community, scheduling, planning, and email communication.
To Improve Our Tools: We analyze anonymized data to improve the accuracy of our assessments and course content.
Communication and Marketing (with consent): If you explicitly opt-in, we use your email address to send you ongoing wellness tips, resources, and information about our paid coaching programs. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to analyze your assessment responses and generate personalized support.
How it works: Data you input may be processed by AI models to identify patterns and suggest relevant wellness skills.
Privacy: We prioritize using Google as our AI partner because they adhere to strict data privacy standards. We do not use your personal identifiable data to train public AI models in a way that would expose your identity.
Not Medical Advice: While we include Functional Medicine Certified Health Coaches (FMCHC) we are not physicians or licensed therapists. The information you provide is used for educational and coaching purposes only, not for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding what you share in coaching sessions and assessments, except where required by law.

If you leave comments in our classroom forum, group chat or participate in our accountability pods:
Display Names: To balance pod intimacy with your personal privacy, we require all students to use only their Preferred First Name and Last Initial (e.g., Jane S.) in all community platforms.
Cohort Visibility: Please be aware that information you post in group forums and group chats is visible to other members. We establish firm community privacy expectations, but we cannot control the actions of other users.
Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
