Terms & Conditions

• Purpose: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (holisticwellness.school) and your enrollment in the program phases offered by Holistic Wellness School ("HWS").

• Agreement: By starting the Holistic Wellness Check-In, enrolling, or accessing any part of The Health & Relationships Renovation Program ("the Program"), you agree to these Terms.

• Minimum Age: The program is intended for Americans who are 18 years of age or older. If HWS becomes aware that a minor has joined the Program, she will be removed from the Program immediately without a refund.

II. Health & Professional Disclaimer

• Educational Purpose: The coaching services, courses, and AI-generated content (including the Holistic Wellness Guide and Living Wellness Plan, and responses from Phineas or other custom AI models) are for educational purposes only. 

• Not Medical or Mental Health Advice: Coaching is explicitly not to be considered psychological, medical, or nutritional advice, counseling, therapy or intervention.

• Consultation Required: You must consult with your therapist or healthcare provider before making any changes.

• Student Responsibility: You affirm that you are fully responsible for the choices and decisions in your life and are responsible for your own results.

• Liability Waiver: You agree to hold the coach free of all liability and responsibility for any adverse situations or results for specific referrals or suggestions given by the coach or the custom AIs available through the Program.

III. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: All content, including the program structure (Catalyst, Groundwork, Integration), course names (e.g., Succeeding at Lasting Transformation), and AI-generated guides, belongs to Holistic Wellness School.

• Limited License: Enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or share any materials without express written consent.

IV. The 5KR Program™ Enrollment, Fees, and Payment

A. Phase 1: Catalyst

• Tuition: Currently $99 USD, payable in full upon enrollment.

• Access: Enrollment grants you access to the Habits That Hold: A Proven System to Stop Starting Over course and materials, live weekly Q&A sessions, and community features for 30 days.

B. Phase 2: Groundwork

• Tuition: Currently $599 USD, payable in full upon enrollment.

• Refund Policy — All Sales Final:

  • Custom Digital Nature: Upon registration, you gain immediate access to our proprietary system to generate your personalized "Living Wellness Plan." Because this is a customized digital asset generated specifically for you using our proprietary technology, it cannot be "returned" once created.

  • Service Access: Your enrollment fee also grants you immediate access to weekly live goal-setting sessions and community support.

  • Informed Purchase: By completing the prerequisite Catalyst Phase, you have had 30 days to evaluate our coaching philosophy and platform. Your purchase of the Groundwork Phase is an informed decision. Therefore, all sales for the Groundwork Phase are final and non-refundable.

C. Phase 3: Integration

• Tuition: Currently $9,588, payable in full upon enrollment.

• Financing: Third-party financing options such as Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay may be available at checkout. If you choose to use these services, you are subject to their separate terms and conditions.

• Admissions Process: The Integration phase is highly selective to ensure the safety and cohesion of the cohort. You will not be charged Tuition until after we have successfully completed your Plan Review and you accept a formal invitation to join a cohort.

• Enrollment Interview & Application Review: Upon submitting your application, you are required to schedule an Enrollment Interview. This interview determines if the Integration Phase is the appropriate level of care for your needs.

  • If We Decline Your Application: 

If Holistic Wellness School determines during or after the plan review session that this program is not the right fit for you, we will send you a notification and, if appropriate, a referral to a different provider.

• If We Accept Your Application: 

• If you are accepted into the program, we will send you email confirmation with a link to schedule the interview. If you choose to withdraw before your Enrollment Interview takes place, we request that you notify us by email at support@holisticwellness.school.

• Seat Confirmation: Your seat in the cohort is only confirmed upon receipt of your tuition payment.

• Refund Policy — All Sales Final 30 Days Before Start:

Integration Phase involves limited cohort seating (maximum 8 students) and a set start date. Paying your tuition removes a seat from our inventory that cannot be filled by another student at the last minute. Therefore, all tuition payments are final and non-refundable within 30 days of your cohort start date. From that point forward, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including changes in your personal schedule, financial situation, or willingness to participate. You remain responsible for the full 12-month program fee even if you choose not to start, or to stop attending.

• Alumni Maintenance Program: Integration alumni are granted one 60 min. 1:1 coaching session quarterly in year 1, then one 60 min. session every other quarter in years 2–5. Repeating Integration restarts, but does not compound, the alumni maintenance benefit.

• Renewal: Enrollment does not automatically renew. You must apply for and affirmatively accept an Integration Phase invitation and submit payment to secure your seat for the next cycle.

V. Participation and Coaching Rules

• Coaching Format: Coaching sessions will be 30–60 minutes. Coaching takes place by phone or video.

• Spot coaching is offered Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m through 6:00 pm US Mountain time via phone or text. Sessions are up to 15 minutes and are to be used for immediate support when on the brink of a major backslide. One spot-coaching session per week, per Integration student. Spot sessions do not carry forward and cannot be combined.

• Attendance & Communication: You are expected to call your coach on time and text the coach at least 30 minutes in advance if an unavoidable conflict arises.

• Withdrawal/Termination (Student): Two "no text, no calls" for scheduled sessions are understood by the coach to be the student's voluntary withdrawal from 1:1 coaching.

• Withdrawal/Termination (Coach): The coach may release you from coaching or The Health & Relationships Renovation Program for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct of your doing.

VI. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Mediation: Student and coach agree to attempt to mediate disputes in good faith for up to 30 days after written notice is given.

• Binding Arbitration: A dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual consent will be settled by submission to neutral third-party binding arbitration.

• Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed in all respects in and by the laws of the State of Utah, U.S.A.
