Purpose: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (holisticwellness.school) and your enrollment in the programs offered by Holistic Wellness School ("HWS").
Agreement: By enrolling or accessing any part of The GLP-1 Lifestyle Renovation Program™, The Momentum Group, or the Alumni Group (collectively, "the Program"), you agree to these Terms.
Minimum Age: The program is intended for Americans who are 18 years of age or older. If HWS becomes aware that a minor has joined the Program, they will be removed from the Program immediately without a refund.
Educational Purpose: The coaching services, courses, and AI-generated content (including responses from Phineas or other custom AI models) are for educational purposes only.
Not Medical or Mental Health Advice: Coaching is explicitly not to be considered psychological, medical, or nutritional advice, counseling, therapy or intervention.
Consultation Required: You agreed to inform your Primary Care Provider about all major lifestyle changes during registration. Review your planned changes with your therapist and/or healthcare providers beforehand.
Student Responsibility: You affirm that you are fully responsible for the choices and decisions in your life and are responsible for your own results.
Liability Waiver: You agree to hold the coach free of all liability and responsibility for any adverse situations or results for specific referrals or suggestions given by the coach or the custom AIs available through the Program.
Ownership: All content, including the program structure, course names, worksheets, questionnaires, templates, and guides, belongs to Holistic Wellness School.
Limited License: Enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or share any materials without express written consent.
Admissions Process: After submitting your application, HWS will review your submission and notify you via email of approval or denial within 7 to 10 business days.
Seat Confirmation & Timeline: If your application is accepted, you will receive an official email invitation to join the cohort. You have strictly 48 hours from the time the invitation is sent to complete your tuition payment. If payment is not received within this 48-hour window, your seat is automatically forfeited and will be offered to the next approved applicant on the waitlist.
The GLP-1 Lifestyle Renovation Program (6 Months): The full retail tuition is $7,000 USD. For the Founder's Cohort, the discounted tuition is $3,500 USD.
The Momentum Group (3 Months per Block): The full retail tuition is $1,196 USD. For the Founder's Cohort, the discounted tuition is $897 USD.
Financing: Third-party financing options such as Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay may be available at checkout. If you choose to use these services, you are subject to their separate terms and conditions. Please note that HWS does not manage, approve, or control these third-party agreements. Questions or issues must be directed to the customer support of the financing provider. For technical issues with the checkout page, please contact HWS Support.
All Sales Final: To protect the dynamic of our small, 8-student cohorts, all tuition payments are non-refundable upon purchase.
Emergency Rollovers: We offer a "Rollover Credit," valid for up to 24 months, for students who experience a qualifying emergency—unexpected hospitalization, severe physical trauma preventing participation, or the sudden severe illness/death of an immediate family member requiring full-time care. A new personal diagnosis that does not physically prevent participation does not qualify. To process a medical rollover, we require a signed note from a licensed medical professional with an official header. Rollover timelines & eligibility:
Weeks 1–6: You receive a rollover credit to start fresh in a future full Phase 1 cohort.
Weeks 7–12: You retain access to your digital materials and receive a rollover credit for a future 3-month block of The Momentum Group.
Weeks 13–24: If the emergency occurs before Week 18 and requires a continuous absence of more than 4 weeks, you will receive a rollover credit for one future 3-month Momentum Group block.
Attendance & Pod Integrity (The "Self-Study Transfer"): The success of Weeks 1–12 relies heavily on the active participation of our students in live sessions. If you miss three live masterclasses or coaching appointments during Weeks 1– 12 without prior communication, you will be transitioned to a "Self-Study" track. You will retain access to digital materials but will be removed from your accountability pod and Live Masterclasses & Workshops, without a refund. Live Q&A sessions and accountability pod access will be restored in Weeks 13–24 with this track.
Zero-Tolerance Behavior Policy: To protect the psychological safety of our pods, certain behaviors will result in immediate dismissal from the program and all digital platforms without a refund. These include:
Bullying: Persistent, targeted personal attacks, aggressive language, or behavior explicitly intended to intimidate or humiliate others.
Solicitation: Pitching external businesses, MLMs, or other programs to the cohort is strictly prohibited. The pod is a safe space, not a networking event. However, if you offer a professional service that you believe aligns with our mission, you are welcome to contact HWS separately outside of the course platform to discuss potential B2B collaborations.
Chronic Disruption: Repeatedly derailing the masterclass structure or showing up to live sessions intoxicated.
Spot Coaching: Asynchronous spot coaching is provided via text message or voice note beginning in Weeks 13+.
You may utilize up to two 15-minute spot-coaching exchanges per month.
Spot sessions do not carry forward and cannot be combined.
To ensure focused support:
No more than 2 related topics per session.
Voice note length: ~3 min max (via Google Chat).
Text length: ~300 characters max (via Google Chat).
You may submit messages 24/7.
Coach Zena reviews and responds to messages when she is able to dedicate 15 minutes of undivided attention to your specific situation.
Immediate human responses are not guaranteed. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
Custom AI support (Phineas) is available for urgent, instant 24/7 triage.
Privacy Expectation: To foster a deeply supportive and psychologically safe environment, we expect all students to treat the personal stories, data, and struggles shared by their peers as strictly private. While HWS does not require students to sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements, flagrant or malicious sharing of another student's personal information outside the cohort destroys pod integrity. If a student is found to be blatantly violating this community trust, they can be dismissed under the At-Fault Termination clause.
Alumni Benefits: Upon successful completion of the program, alumni receive free lifetime access to the Alumni Group. This includes twice-yearly group coaching sessions (up to 90 minutes), same-sex accountability pods (maximum of 4 students each), a private community space, and 24/7 custom AI support via Phineas.
Alumni Exemptions: To qualify for Alumni status, you must successfully finish the program in good standing. Students who are transitioned to the Self-Study track, students who are dismissed for policy violations, and students who utilize a medical rollover but do not return to finish the program are not eligible for Alumni Group access.
Withdrawal/Termination (Coach): The coach may release you from the Program under the following conditions:
At-Fault Termination: If you are terminated for breaching these Terms & Conditions, you will be dismissed immediately and will receive no refund.
No-Fault/Out-of-Scope Termination: If the coach must terminate the relationship because you exhibit serious medical or psychiatric symptoms that place you outside the ethical scope of practice for a health coach, you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of weeks completed.
